10 Each of you should use whatever gift you have received to serve others, as faithful stewards of God’s grace in its various forms. – 1 Peter 4:10

But the Lord said to me, “Do not say, ‘I am too young.’ You must go to everyone I send you to and say whatever I command you. – Jeremiah 1:7

This program is designed to train up the next generation in their fields of interest. During the course of this program, you will have the opportunity to learn about the inner workings of the worship ministry and gain valuable hands on experience. Interns will join us during normal worship practice on the 1st and 3rd Sundays of each month (time varies depending on field on interest). Initially, interns will simply observe the practices, taking notes and asking questions as needed. After a probationary period, interns will be encouraged to join in a “mock” practice with the worship team (after the worship team has completed the normal Sunday morning rehearsal). When the interns have put in the requisite amount of training time, and based on a recommendation from the worship leader or media director, and confidence and dedication level, the interns may be asked to join the worship team for special occasions including but not limited to, worship nights, special music, youth services etc.. Must be currently enrolled in grades 6th-12th to apply.
